We are committed to deliver your order accurately, in good condition, and as mentioned on our website. All items go through strict Quality Control before dispatching. However there can still be many reasons for you to return the goods ordered.
What can be returned?
- You don’t like the product, if don’t provided as per description described with the pictures by website. Product is not as per advertised, Product is defective or damaged.
Products in following categories cannot be returned:
- The product is defective but used (Got shrinkage, Stitched) cannot be returned.
All products intended to be returned must be in following conditions:
- Product must remain unused.
- Product has their original packing, it must remain its original form and unused unless it is returned for being defective.
- Product labels are attached.
- All products received for returns will be checked for above mentioned return conditions. If a product does not comply with above mentioned details, it will be sent back to customer’s address.
Who will bear the courier cost?
- The company will be responsible to replace the product and all courier charges will be paid by the company.
Notification of return:
- For all the products to be returned, we must be notified with your intention of returning the product within 14 days of delivery.
- Customer must notify us on our Customer Support Help Line: 0322 71 71 391
- Our Customer support staff will provide you address of nearest office where return should be sent.
- Once product is received, our staff will issue refund or process replacement order as per customer request.
- Refund will be disbursed to the customer provided details within 72 hours after receiving the product. If the customer has ordered replacement product, that will be considered as new order and all terms and conditions mentioned on the newly ordered product will be applied.
*If customer return is accepted, customer is entitled to receive full cash, credit refund or an equal exchange.
